[SignalOne] Registry update

There are now 95 surviving Signal Ones in the registry.  There are 7 
known parts rigs.
A new photo has been added to the picture page as well.
I have rearranged the order of the radios.  They are now in alphabetical 
order using the last name.
This works better for the CX7 table as all rigs owned by one individual 
are grouped together.
And, just what I needed, I have acquired another CX7 ("Yes Lori, this is 
the LAST Signal One, I promise").  When I get around to cleaning it up 
and brining it back to life I will add pictures to my site.
Once again, the registry is a work in progress and if you have any 
information regarding surviving Signal Ones please email me.  It will be 
greatly appreciated.
