[SignalOne] CX-11A question

Thanks to all who responded with suggestions. I spent the afternoon
reseating board connectors (top and bottom) and tightening up all PCBs I
could reach, but, alas, no change. It may still be a simple mechanical
issue, but without much here in the way of test equipment, it's tough to
trace where the problem lies.

The whole issue came up because I want to sell the rig, and was going to put
it up on you-know-where. Cosmetically, it's a very fine specimen,
WARC-equipped, and unmodified from the way I received it from Paul Kluwe. It
gave me many hours of operating enjoyment, but it deserves to be restored to
operating condition by someone who knows S/1s.
