[SIERA] July 3 meeting

SIERA is back on track.  That great program we had planned for last Saturday is now rescheduled for 
July 3.

You'll recall the SID (Sudden Ionosphere Disturbance) and how we were going to learn to capture it with VLF.  That's one of the topics on the 3rd.

Another subject will be the "new" Boy Scout Signaling merit badge.  Discontinued in 1992, it has been resurrected for 2010 - one year only.

We'll learn more about this event too.  You can get a heads up by opening the PDF attachment.

Ah, the good old days.
