Couldn't help but think about the value of weather spotters during last weeks Thunderstorm activity.  A spotter just might have been in the right place at the right time to broadcast a weather activity that would benefit others in the area.

Being a weather spotter presents an opportunity to serve your community.  And, of course, that's where the next SIERA general meeting comes into play.  Plan to be there, be involved with the learning experience and accomplish the challenge of getting your "official spotter" ident.
