...Wind Advisory in effect from 8 am Tuesday to 8 PM PST Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a Wind Advisory.

Southwest winds will increase Tuesday morning as a low pressure
system approaches. Sustained winds of 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to
55 mph can be expected through Tuesday evening...especially in wind
prone areas. These winds will decrease after sunset Tuesday as the
system weakens and moves across the area.
