...High Wind Warning in effect from 6 am Wednesday to 8 PM PST
Wednesday...

Southwest winds will increase to 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 70 mph
over the Lake Tahoe basin and Reno Carson City area by Wednesday
morning.  Gusts over ridges will be near 100 mph.  Winds will
decrease after 8pm on Wednesday.  Expect travel restrictions in the
wind prone areas of Highway 395.
