so, got a bit further info... I think P5 and BS7 will be on the air before
they figure things out up at the ARRL:
Hello Esteban,
Regretfully, the ARRL’s Cyber Attack recovery is still affecting the
resumption of DXCC application processing.
No DXCC applications have been processed since May 12th.
Watch https://www.arrl.org/news/arrl-systems-service-disruption for further
updates on the ARRL web as we have them.
