so, got a bit further info... I think P5 and BS7 will be on the air before they figure things out up at the ARRL:

Hello Esteban,

Regretfully, the ARRL’s Cyber Attack recovery is still affecting the resumption of DXCC application processing.

No DXCC applications have been processed since May 12th.

Watch https://www.arrl.org/news/arrl-systems-service-disruption for further updates on the ARRL web as we have them.

Thanks for participating!

73,

Hey yall,

This email is going around, I think it is time to turn on the heat on the ARRL! - For example, I sent in a submission from LOTW and also ordered the challenge plaque 4 months ago, and still nothing... yet the league has been very low key on getting things back 100 % after the ransomware...

Status of ARRL DXCC Awards Database

Dear Lee, K0LW,
This is Jeff / K1ZN, Treasurer of the Southeastern DX Club, Atlanta.
Like the Kansas City DX Club, The Southeastern DX Club exists to promote and support international DXing.  We currently have over 200 members, internationally.  Most of our members participate in the ARRL DX Century Club (DXCC) awards program.  Many of these participate exclusively in this awards program.  Like most DX’ers, we are upset with the status and apparent lack of progress in repairing the DXCC database at ARRL.
As such, we would like to propose a join effort of the major DX clubs, nationwide to develop a position paper for presentation to the Board of Directors of ARRL to “enlighten” them to the issue from a DX’ers perspective.
May we interest you in joining with us? Can we do a Zoom meeting with you & your team?  Thank you, 73 & GUD DX, Jeff / K1ZN
