[SFDXA] [DCARC] Fall Picnic

Hi Randy, that's a dilemma.  Maybe there's good $ to be made in picnic 
locations.

Speaking just for KC4BAR and myself, either location works as does 
either day. Both parks are easy go get to.

And I think both places are ham friendly as far as setting up antennas 
is concerned.

Sorry I can't be more helpful but I hope the SFDXA members will find 
either satisfactory, it's been a long time since SFDXA has had a picnic.
