[SFDXA] Fall Picnic

Howdy all,

At our meeting we announced that we want to have a fall picnic. The 
preliminary date we selected is October 19th, a Saturday. While I was at 
the Falcon Pub, we went online and it appeared as there were plenty of 
options available for a shelter at Markham Park.  Both clubs, SFDXA and 
DCARC have had picnics at this location.

I have tried to call Markham Park multiple times and I was unable to 
speak to a park person regarding renting a shelter, so I drove out 
there.  It appeared that shelters were available online, however upon 
finally visiting the facility, NONE are available for that date.  
Shelters are available for Sunday the 20th at several parks.

After calling every park in the area that is suitable, it appears that 
Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach has a shelter available for the 19th.

Would the membership rather stick with the date of October 19th at Quiet 
Waters or go for Sunday at either Markham Park or Plantation Heritage 
Park on Sunday the 20th.

I am looking for feedback here.  I would like to have this settled today 
or tomorrow.
