[SFDXA] Great News!

Great news!

I finally got in touch with Sebastian W4AS.  It turns out that I was 
calling his Google Voice number, a number that Sebastian hasn't used in 
years.

We spoke at length and he has agreed to help us get the website up to 
date.  I am sending him a large punch list of changes and updates, that 
we discussed, both on the reflector and at a previous SFDXA meeting.

I look forward to getting the website updated soon to reflect our 
current membership and activities.

Since it may take a while to get everything done, I have included the 
minutes from the January Zoom meeting.
