[SFDXA] [DCARC] club call sign

Above all else Pete, N8PR, was a Mentor (formerly called an "Elmer") to hams and 
non-hams of all ages.
Shouldn't we look favorably on a "Pete Rimmel, N8PR, Mentor Award?" Nominations 
to be sent to the SFDXA and DCARC officers for resolution?
He's mentored me on several occasions and topics, the latest was on EME 
communications.
