Hi All,
Thanks Randy for taking action with our fellow members.
I am working with a ham Elmer of mine, to see if we can get him on mail 
fraud. My Elmer is really good at tracking the network IPs and working 
on finding out where he is located. If I can get him to send me a check 
via the mail, I will have him with mail fraud at the federal level. I 
would like to take this guy down and stop him from hurting others who 
might be more willing to send him the money/cards.
