[SFDXA] Petition to the FCC for new Technician allocations

Gentlemen and Kind Ham Operators,
Would your opinion about the proposed Technician license enhancements become 
more favorable if the ARRL proposed changes included a change of the license 
class name to "Basic License"?
Then its true nature is revealed as a fundamental and orderly step towards the 
General and higher license classes.
