From the CWops List:
If you have been to Dayton and witnessed the Kansas City DX Club CW
contest you know what this is about. If not, the club has 2 hospitality
suites. One is the viewing and waiting area...groups about 4 and 5 are
called into a second room where they sit and try to hear as many CW DX
signals as possible. In the viewing are the screens show the competition
in bar graphs as they compete. Looks a bit like a horse race. The rates
are also shown on the screen. Our own W4WJ(now living in Texas) won this
a long long time ago. A most prestigious event to win among DXers and
contesters. The following is a note of former competitions. Try your hand
to see how you do against the best CW Pileup and contest operators in
the world.

If you want more practice go to my website www.no5w.com
<http://www.no5w.com> and go to the PileUp Practice page. You can
download many past pileup competitions and an application to run them.
60+ is a great score but some are more difficult than others. Highest
score I recall was in the low 80s and the lowest winning score I recall
was in the low 50s. Using the app you can compete against the best for
some of the years including recent years.
Have fun
