[SFDXA] Need Win 7 program for FMC

Windows OS is not necessarily the problem. What is the problem is that the 
computer is not run often enough, and when it is turned on you will see a 
massive influx of OS updates (yes even some W95), and AntiVirus updates ans 
runs. After its been on and all these are done, it should be reasonably fast. 
Once we get the CMAOS clock battery changed, that is! Let's get that fixed first.

Loading Win7 on and old machine might not be the answer, nor is a faster 
internet connection. Win7 + Antivirus will still bog the computer down with 
updates and virus scans unless the computer is turned on much more often. Then 
there is the CMOS clock!

Exactly what are the incompatibilities that you've discovered?
