It has become a world wide plague, seems that the more rare the DX the more severe the DQRM. It also brings out the more incompetent operators. I believe it is just a continuation of the general deterioration of the social fabric, lack of respect and the "must have it now" attitude of so many people - every where! What to do about it? Not sure, however when hams begin full digital transmission schemes it may render QRM in effective as error correction could prevail. Viva La Technology!
