Kia,

No.  I am looking a The Centennial Points totals for my call on the ARRL 
and it shows my contacts that I uploaded yesterday and counts them as 
points in the Centennial.  There are no confirmations in LOTW for these 
contacts as of yet; however, I am still getting credit.  Go to the 
Points Challenge and click on ID or NM and you will see all the QSOs 
that you have uploaded this week.
