Are you confusing "ClubLog" with "LOTW"? The centennial QSO party
(https://centennial-qp.arrl.org/) is linked to LOTW. Only LOTW confirmed results
(LOTW QSL "matches") should be there. However you might see match credits on one
before they show up on the other +/- a day or so, depending on how the ARRL
servers are performing.
ClubLog is a private venture whose "accuracy" depends on the accuracy of your
personally submitted logs. ClobLog does not "match QSLs", they take your word
for it. ClubLog has no connection to LOTW.
For the SFDXA, I and others like Norm, have been recommending club members to
upload QSOs/QSLs frequently, since that is becoming our preferred club "brag
board", see: < http://www.clublog.org/league.php?club=121 > . The onus is on the
members to keep their results up to date.
