[SFDXA] TS 590S firmware update 2.0

This is the Ver 2.0 specs for the TS 590 that will be available at the 
end of Jan. 2015.  Some nice added features I especially are like the 
automatic split by pressing the "TF" key and pressing a number for the 
split.  Hold TF and press #1 key and you get an automatic 1 kHz split.  
And the fine tuning is now set per mode so you can make RTTY fine and 
CW/SSB regular.
