[SFDXA] New TS 590SG

Here is why the TS 590S price has dropped to $1200.  A new model, TS 
590SG, is coming out in Nov.  The new SG model has features from the TS 
990S and has improved dynamic range.   Annoucement is below. Still not a 
K3 but getting close, very close.  ( prints CW and firmware ver 2.0 for 
TS 590S does also ).
