I vote NO on this misguided proposal.

This will remove the incentive for Technicians to upgrade.

Why upgrade ? Just ask for it and you get it.

I am personally sick and tired of the dumbing-up of society.

Schools are electing a Pass or Almost Passed grading system. 

It is being PC. (Politically Correct).

Sorry, you have to learn in order to achieve goals and success in life.

IT IS A BAD IDEA.
