[SFDXA] Icom IC-746 Pro & Signalink USB

Hi gang,
I recently picked up a 746 Pro and I am trying to get it on the digital modes. I had the Signalink on a 7000 before and all FB. I hooked it to the 746 and I get PTT and receive audio but no TX audio. I check all the jumpers and I can't find a setting for the level out from the radio. 

What am I missing?
