[SFDXA] Reverse Beacon Network

This is pretty slick;  N6NC, Larry in San Diego has a "skimmer" in service 
at his qth and I was able to find my cow 40 meter signal on his receiver as 
well as a few others.  This has been around for awhile but I don't have any 
idea how many guys have tried it out.
