Please note that as of Jan 27, 2013 the U.S. Postal Service is raising the rates .  
         Letter..........46 cents
         Post Card....33 cents
         International Airmail....  $ 1. 10     Note.... the $1.10 stamp will be a ' forever ' stamp.....also note that regular 'forever stamps' may be used for International Airmail.
