[SFDXA] BBSO Solar Activity Warning 21-OCT-2012 15:18:39 UT

Solar activity is high.  An M9.0 flare was observed yesterday at 18:05 UT from
new region NOAA 11598 which has rotated onto the visible disk.   This region
now appears as beta class, but all of the region may not yet be visible.
NOAA 11598, S09 E73 (X=-912,Y=-176). Beta region. M-class flare possible,
C-class flares expected.
