[SFDXA] echolink?

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately, the K4FK Echolink is down at present.  As there did not seem to be much interest in the use of Echolink to access K4FK, we have not placed a high priority in getting it back up.  But if there's enough interest I'll see what can be done.

How's the new QTH?  We miss you.
