[SFDXA] Insight from an old timer SFDXA member

I have now read all the comments and I agree with Mike, W4UM. He has the 
same feeling that I do about funding. I have been a member of this 
organization since the middle 80's. more or less as as  an out area member 
till the middle 90's. This problem has always been with us and has always 
been solved.  The BOD discussion on it's merits and if necessary take it to 
the membership for a vote.
In the case of the questions for now.     #1    Yes
                                                            #2    Yes

I have always donated to DXpedtions when requested both here and with the 
Nat. Cap. DX  Assoc..
