======================================.

Thank you to all have worked me during this difficult time of propagation. I
know it hasn't been easy. I f you experience any anti-dx friendly operators,
please forward their call signs and brief description. They will be published.

The anti-DX blacklist is growing. Do NOT try to contact me and ARGUE that it's
in your culture to behave like this or that we (the world) do understand you. I
do NOT the time to reply to your tantrums and demands. You are peventing and
disrupting thousands of protential contacts from working ZS8M. You have one
chance only: get it right or be blacklisted. I am not the only operator
complaining about bad behavior from EU stations. You have only yourself to
blame. Get with the program. I do NOT place you on the blacklistyou do!

Blacklisted = No QSL Card.

I am making a big appeal to every operator: apply the DX Code and you will NO
problem in working ZS8M.

Log Book Scams:

1. Israel: 4Z5AX, 4Z5IX, 4Z5KO, 4Z5PT and 4Z5LU; same operator

2. Croatia: 9A2N, 9A2TE, 9A2C and 9A2YY; same operator
