Agreed.  Most USPS employees disavow any knowledge of IRC and will out right
lie to the customer they don't sell them.

The ARRL offered the information as an alternative to those who like to shop
on line or have run into the "we don't sell them" employees.  I'm sure they
have received many questions on how to buy them.

If you'll look at www.W4FDX.com I have been keeping up with how to purchase
and cash them in for years.  I've even included Postal Bulletins for the
USPS employees benefit.  They tend to sing a different tune when you quote
what they should know. :-) Then the want to know "How did you get a copy of
this (Postal Bulletin)?". The answer is off their website.

Thanks for the input.  You should consider yourself lucky. You have a good
Post Office with well informed workers. A rarity for sure.
