[South Florida DX Association] Late fee is real

Here is the latest scoop on the late fee..
The reason why most of you have not sent in your dues is that your are 
debating how much additionally
you want to shell out for the K4FK station rehab and how much to kick 
into the DXpedition fund.
After all these options were listed on the payment ballot.
With this in mind there will be no late fees if you see me at the 
Meeting January 6th
Besides that we will have an interesting program.
PS.. this waiver also applies to Norm, no eye for an eye this time!! :-)
