[South Florida DX Association] K4FK LoTW QSL milestone

I concur about the dismally low SSB LOTW rate. When Ann gave me a
Signalink-USB interface for Christmas I took on a short term goal of
working WAS in digital modes. That evolved into pursuit of WAS-TPA,
which is a LOTW-only award. The toughest part of that award was finding
SSB stations that were LOTW users! My lowest rate of return on LOTW is
SSB. The highest is RTTY, but other digital modes (like PSK31) are low
- seems like the PSKers prefer eQSL.
