[South Florida DX Association] Daytime AM Station Power

Speaking of power stations and antennas. I noticed my favortie AM station each morning was lost in the static. It appears the FCC forgot about Daylight Savings time changes. This new earlier date for increasing the time by one hour means the stations are still on night time power restrictions. The AM Stations are allowed to increase power during daylight but the FCC forgot to tell the AM Stations about it.
