[South Florida DX Association] QRZ interface and Logging programsLogger32 add-on

Hey Norm,
How about a short presentation on DX Lab and their Logging program and other 
applications.. Ive looked at it a number of times with interest. Maybe 
someone else could do Logger32 and another DXBase so we get an over view on 
current logging programs.
