[South Florida DX Association] Antenna Mounting on 2009 Explorer

Just got a new 2009 Explorer and am looking for suggestions on where and 
what to mount for a 2M/440 duo-band antenna.  I may also want a separate HF 
antenna.  The hatchback lip is quite different from my old 2006 Explorer 
which had a different lip which could conceal the coax.  My prior 2006 
Explorer was a lease and I couldn't dill holes.  This 2009 I own and I can, 
although I would rather not.
