Read the information on web - sounds like the independance move may trigger some opposition from the Serbs regarding their intention to go independent.

Putin has gotten another reason to be very cool to the West. This was a Clinton initiative that is now playing out. It's quite complicated and perhaps the Serbs would have been better friends than the Albanians (who at best are cigarette smugglers and former SS volunteers)
