Neil,

Request that the worker at the post office order them. The current cost is
$2.00 each. If they have the ones that are priced at $1.85 they have to
sell you 15 cents of stamps for each one. Check the small red print on the
back, bottom to make sure they are not expired. The new ones have a date of
2009.

This web site shows what the new ones look like.  Notice they are stamped
by the issuing post office on  the left.

My local post office was very slow in ordering them so I went to the mail
post office.
