Here  in Jupiter I asked the Post Mistress for them and she ordered them and 
called me  when they were in.  I suggest that you try the same - I think they 
have to  respond, or your recourse is to elevate it up to the Post Master 
General -   They are there to serve!
The cost was $1.85 ea.
