To all IC-7800 owners who have not yet had their IC-7800's upgraded to Rev. 
2:

Lock in your $500 upgrade for your IC-7800 now!

I have it on excellent authority that effective June 1st, 2007, Icom will no 
longer accept reservations for upgrades at the $500 fee. For reservations 
placed on or after this date, all upgrades will be performed at the actual 
upgrade cost of parts, labour and return shipping (minimum $1500).

Please note that the deadline applies to the date on which the reservation 
is booked, not the date on which the work is performed.  As long as you make 
your reservation prior to June 1st, 2007, you will be locked into the $500 
upgrade fee.
