Hey gang,

Yes, I've already had some inquiries since the ARRL now has it on the web
site, so here's the scoop.  I wrote an article that will appear in July QST.
The topic is a study of the economic reasons why BPL will fail and how
wireless broadband will be the straw that will break the camel's back.  I
hope everyone finds it interesting.
