Hi Pete,

Precisely to avoid this type of scenario, I have cancelled all my e-mail
aliases (except for ab4oj at qsl.net, which I am stuck with.)  I forward all
nasties such as the one you received to the appropriate authorities.

I am sure the ARRL did not send that message; the writing style is not that
of a native English-speaker (if I may venture a little political
incorrectness.)

In general, one should never open an executable attachment, or for that
matter any attachment to an unsolicited e-mail.
