> Timeline presented by electric utilities:

> Status close of business, Sunday August 15th. 51% of power restored from
Saturday Morning's high of 2 million without power. 1.1 million customers
have power restored.

> Progress Energy:
> Is committing to have all power restored to all customers by midnight,
Tuesday, August 24th in the hardest hit counties of Highlands, Hardee and
Polk counties.
>
> Is committing to restore power to counties in the Orlando area,
(Orange, Volusia, Osceola, Lake and Seminole Counties) by midnight Saturday,
August 21st.
>
> Tampa Electric Company
>
> Polk County is the hardest hit of TECO's service area. They restored
15,000 customers. They have 24,000 without power tonight. Their goal is to
have all power up by Friday, August 20th.
>
> Florida Power and Light
>
> Committed to have essentially all customers restored in Brevard county by
midnight Monday, August 16.
>
Flagler County by midnight Tuesday August 17
>
Daytona by midnight Wednesday, August 18
>
Sanford and Deltona area by midnight Thursday August 19
> remaining customers in North and Central Florida restored by midnight
Thursday, August 19
>
> Committed to have essentially all customers in Englewood by Tuesday,
August 17th
>
Collier County by Wednesday, August 18
> Fort
Myers majority by midnight Thursday, August 19
>
remainder of Fort Myers Friday, August 20
>
> Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Arcadia are undergoing assessment and a
timeline will be presented on Tuesday Close of Business. Peace River
Cooperative and the Lee County Cooperative are connecting lines but they
will not be energized until one of the three providers above restore
Transmission Lines and Substations.

through the coop association representatives (who have been on the ground in
the area today.)
