[South Florida DX Association] Changes on the club board of directors.

To all members of the SFDXA, we have received notice from Brian NY4PD that
he can no longer be our secretary; he has chosen to move to the northern
part of the state. In his absence, Neil KC4VU has graciously volunteered to
handle the duties of Secretary for the SFDXA for the balance of Brian's
term.

We will miss Brian's voice but he assures us he will visit and once we get
Echolink in place, we will hear it again. Brian we wish you the best luck in
chasing DX with the powerful super station that you are building, and sure
cant wait to hear you in the pileups with an immense signal from the middle
of the state.
