I would also point out that John, K9DX also has a Cubex Quad, 4 elements for 10, 15,and 20m with 2 elements on 40m.  See "Other Antennas" on his NIDXA web page (also can be seen on the Cubex website.

As Ernie mentioned, John was one of the charter members of SFDXA and one of the elite group of DXers that lived on West Tropical Way in Plantation.  His call then was WB4YLG and used a quad.  Other notables from West Tropical, K4KUZ/W4UM, WB4YJE/W4QQN/W4QN and now I think there is a new contributor on W. Tropical.  DX center of Plantation.
