[South Florida DX Association] My saga with my tower -- seeking advice from the group

Hello all,
well, my tower structure is approve 1/2 way, the structural part no problem
there, but the electrical people at the city of Sunrise want more info
before approving the permit.. they want me to show that grounding will
comply with NEC 810-15, 810-20 and 810-21.

anyone in the club's) is a electrical engineer that maybe can guide me here?
this is the only step that is holding my permit...

after all this, I will sure write a book...

any advice is welcome...
