[SFDXA] SFDXA May Meeting

Just a few quick notes regarding the SFDXA Meeting this past week. 31 Members and Guests had some fun and got a chance to have
dinner and brag about their latest exploits in DX.

The new two meter repeater antenna project is get closer and soon those in Palm Beach County should he heard once again. New Member
Brian NY4PD, will coordinate with Pete N8PR in getting it in the air.

By the way Pete is recuperating from a recent Lawn Mower Accident. Get well quick Pete.

We welcomed new members Steve AC4LY and Brian NY4PD.

Quite a few members will be in Dayton and will try to hook up on 144.275. Enjoy it fellows.

Bruce W4OV, and Joe W4SAA, told us about their recent successful contest trip as VP55.

Steve W4DTA is heading for an IOTA Island off the coast YV and will offer a prize for the Club Member working his group the most
times.This is a contest mainly for Don W3AZD and Ron W4BP.

Kappy WA4WTG (wiggles - tiggles& giggles) finished the Baby Hog Project for the club and we are now re-supplied for many years to
come.

Don W3AZD, Mark K2AU & myself, brought some recently received QSL cards in case anyone needed QSL info.

Norm W4QN and I displayed a few old SFDXA items for the group to see. Badges,T-Shirts, Pins etc dating back 30 years to the clubs
beginnings.

We had fun and hope to see all you in July.
