[SFDXA] Clinton B Desoto Challenge

Congratulations to SFDXA club member Mike Raskin W4UM who is number 127 in the World in the Clinton B Desoto Challenge for 2002

Mike is highest ranking in the SFDXA by far. There are many many well known DXers well down the list from Mike.

Second on the list of note is Jose PJ2MI who is a friend to many on the  SFDXA Reflector. Vic N4TO is at 412 and Doug W4OX is at
425. I see Bernie W3UR at 45 and the winner is W4DR. I am sure there are more we know but my eyes got blurry after a while hi.
