[Scanner] what freqs does AF use?

Sounds  if the AFB set up a trunked radio system in the 406-420 MHz Govt
band and is beating up on low powered users.  Oh darn!  

Of course part 15 is explicit about the user of part 15 devices has to
put up with interference.  If the AF changes anything, they are doing it
out of the goodness of their hearts.
