Ken, good to hear activity out here, I live in Gurnee IL. which is about 40 miles north of Chicago.  There is alot of activity in lake county, not to mention I listen to all the local cities around us including Chicago.  I do get on the carma website, it seems to be really nice. A few of my ham buddies are also scanner enthusiasts, we swap freq's back and forth.  Hope to talk to you again soon,73,Clarence.
