[Scanner] Ca fires and ham radio

do you know what contrcers are workibng support. I wonder if claiforna 
is still playign the game of we handel our own fires we don't call in 
natinal interagnecy that is why there fires are so bad. we had one that 
was much larger I worjked this summer the interagncy team got caled in 
and got it managed.
